Lebanon, TN - Tammie Juarez, age 62, passed away on March 31, 2026. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Jamey Duke, is 1 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2026 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon, TN. Interment in Smith County Memorial Gardens in Carthage, TN will follow the service, with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Monday from noon until the service at 1 p.m.


Tammie Lee Nubert Juarez was born in Jellico, TN to Ruby Maxine Taylor Nubert and Herbert Estle Nubert. She married Shawn Juarez and together they had a large combined family. Tammie enjoyed collecting things she loved, usually antiques, and she liked flowers. Being a grandmother was important to her and there was always a good time when the grandbabies were around. Tammie enjoyed working with her husband at Juarez New and Used Tires. She loved the hard work and stayed there for more than 10 years. She attended The Refuge Family Fellowship in Carthage.


Tammie is survived by husband of 23 years, Shawn Juarez; children: Joey (Lisa) Mofield, Scotty (Stephanie) Mofield, Mariza Juarez, Anna Juarez, Marisella Juarez; grandchildren: Kiera (Mikal) Steverson, Cody (Star) Mofield, McKinley (Savannah) Mofield, Braxton Mofield, Cheyenne Mofield, and Jayce Mofield; and great-grandchildren: Gunner, Noah, Charlie, Cova, Colton, Hayden, Remi, and Olivia. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter MacKenzie Mofield, parents Maxine and Herbert Nubert, and sister Sharon Woodard.
