Lebanon, TN - Mrs. Peggy Holder Taylor, age 80 of Lebanon, passed away October 26, 2025, at American House. Born May 24, 1945, in Wilson County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Holder and Bennie Barnett Holder. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and was a member of Rocky Valley Baptist Church. She worked in the insurance business most of her working career.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 51 years, Jimmy Taylor; two sisters: Virginia Todd and Pauline Smith; brother, Gene Holder.
Survivors include her sister, Helen (Wayne) Wright; two sisters-in-law: Cindy (Dewey) Jackson and Joanne Goad; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 2 p.m. from the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Thomason officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers: Steven Goad, Raymond and Cole Highers, Drew and Dewey Jackson, Brodie Brown. Visitation Tuesday 12 Noon until service time at 2 p.m.
