Alexandria, TN - Nicholas Francis Rymar, Jr., age 64 of Alexandria, died Monday evening, July 14, 2025 at his residence. Born Oct. 16, 1960 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he was the son of Mary Alene Morse and Nicholas F. Rymar, Sr.
Nick is survived by a stepdaughter, Merinda (Aaron) Desmarais of Watertown and her children, Chandler Carey and Kayden Waller; stepson, Johnny Pruitte; his mother, Mary Alene Wineland of Gladeville; brother, Vincent H. Rymar, Sr. of Gladeville; sister, Julie A. (Charles) Stockton of Lebanon; nephews, Vincent H. Rymar, Jr. and Damian W. Phillips and his son, Kolbe W. Phillips.
A Celebration of Nick's life was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Hunter Funeral Home with Michael Powell officiating. Visitation took place from Noon till service time on Saturday. Interment followed at Caraway Cemetery.
